The Department of Chemical Engineering holds a workshop on successful leadership.

Within the cultural and scientific activity of the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Technology, the Graduates Follow-up Unit organized a workshop entitled “The Successful Leader” for students of the third and fourth stages on Wednesday, 5/17/2023. The workshop included a lecture by Mr. Fahd Kailan, Director of Human Resources for Al Baraka Industrial Investments Company, during which he gave a detailed presentation on the nature of the concept of leadership, the qualities of a successful administrative leader, leadership obstacles and methods of treatment, as well as addressing the leadership methods and skills of the successful leader. The workshop concluded with awarding certificates of appreciation by the Head of the Chemical Engineering Department, Prof. Dr. Jamal Manea Al-Rubaie, to the participants in the workshop.
