The Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Technology participated in the ninth Jordanian conference, which was held on the Zoom platform, with a group of chemical researchers around the world, bringing together scientists, researchers, industry stakeholders and investors to exchange experiences and challenges. Many Arab and Middle Eastern countries, in addition to many European, Asian and North and South American countries, participated in the JIChEC conferences. Among the research participants were: Postgraduate Student (Omar Sabah Mahdi) for his tagged research: (Experimental Study of Hydrodynamic Behavior with Mono-particles of Glass Beads in Three Phase Fluidized Bed Reactor-Part I), supervised by Prof. Dr. Jamal Manee Al-Rubeai, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Amer Aziz. In addition to the postgraduate student (Zahraa Waseem Hassan), who discussed with them her research tagged: (Experimental investigation of the impact of tubes arrangement on local heat transfer coefficient in mimicked Fischer-Tropsch fluidized bed reactor) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jamal Manee Al-Rubeai, Lect. Dr. Abbas Jawad Sultan, and Lect. Dr. Laith Salem Sabry. As well a postgraduate student (Abdul Razzaq Nazem Mohsen), who discussed his tagged research: (Study the impact of the tube configuration on the local heat transfer coefficient in a bubble column reactor with heat exchanging tubes) under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Amer Aziz, Lect. Dr. Abbas Jawad Sultan, and Lect. Dr. Laith Salem Sabri.
