1. Receiving University statistics table from the Ministry of Higher education by the information technology centre at the beginning of January of each year and filling up by the required information and feed them back which would include the statistics about undergraduate students of the two shift studies (the morning and evening studies) and the postgraduate in addition to statistics information on the department employers of both administrator staff and the academic staff members and statistics information about the content of the library from text books and what the library contains from books and journals and tables about the areas of the offices, lectures rooms that exists in the department beside the laboratories. 2. Updating the researching system which monitor the academic staff researchers; the finished, published and unpublished ones. This report will be updating each month and send to the information technology centre. 3. Filling up the activities report every 3 months to the information technology centre (according to the items of the report that was sent it by the information technology centre to us). 4. Sending a statistics information about the graduates in each branch at the end of each academic year. 5. Filling up tables of the scientific plan and the annual report at the end of each academic year. |
